REVIEW: Infant's Advil

I'm not one to rush to give Kayla pain relievers unless she's really in pain or running a fever.  She takes her shots like a champ and I've never had to give her Tylenol except once when she did run a low grade fever. Therefore, I was in uncharted territory when those chompers chose to make an entrance!  And what an entrance it was.  We went from no teeth to 8 in a few weeks.  So my little girl was in quite a bit of pain.  Being a first time mother, I'd already stocked my medicine cabinet with pain medicine for her but I ended up spilling much more medicine that she took and we were both in for a sleepless, restless night.

Enter Infant's Advil.  I don't know why I didn't think to switch to a different pain reliever, but I'm glad that Smiley360 sent me a free sample to try!

The first time I gave Kayla some Advil, she spit it out like she did with the other pain reliever.  After a few seconds, I could see that what had gone down her throat must have tasted good because she opened her mouth for the dropper and actually WANTED the medicine.  Hallelujah! She actually took the medicine with no fighting!  That was the first thing I noticed - the white grape taste was actually something she didn't mind.  It is also dye free so there's no worries about dye allergies.

The last thing I noticed and what REALLY made me make the switch, was how fast it worked!  I didn't truly appreciate this until Kayla started cutting molars.  If I thought teething was awful before, I had no idea how truly awful it got.  Molars are a beast of their own!  I was glad I had Infant's Advil on hand!  I could see how fast it was working as Kayla was able to go back to sleep relatively quickly and it was for a longer period of time.

I've definitely made the switch and now I stock Infant's Advil!  I have several $1 off coupons good towards any Children's Advil product that I would be happy to share with any of you or you can visit the following site and print your own!  The coupons expire at the end of May so there's plenty of time to combine these with store deals!
