Happy Mother's Day!

We had a wonderful day today!  First a brunch at my mother-in-law's house followed by a lovely dinner at my moms.  We cooked up some enchiladas that were DELICIOUS! It was my first time making beef enchiladas and I was a bit nervous, but thankfully my mom was there to help and they were amazing! I'm a genius and forgot my camera, so I couldn't snap a picture of Miss K and I until tonight and she was just NOT cooperating!  This is the best I could do!
