A year ago today....

I found out that my life would be changing forever. I don't know why, but I remember waking up that morning and knowing that I was pregnant. So, I took a test and it confirmed what I was longing for. As soon as I saw that faint second line, I knew God had granted me the greatest gift ever. It was a bittersweet emotion as that same day, we were burying my husband's aunt, but it was also a lovely reminder that even in tragedy, life always triumphs.
